Planning a project is much easier when the goals and strategy are clearly understood. Completing a project on time and to budget is much easier when your plans are clear. That's why we believe it's critical to start with goals and strategy, even on the smallest of projects.
On small projects, goals and strategy can be articulated very quickly and informally but they are still a necessary step. On large projects, a more structured approach is needed – we use formal architectural methods and a structured process to ensure that all stakeholders are identified and their requirements taken into account. No matter the size of the project, our guiding principle is the same – listen to the people who know.

We are experts in the two most common open source content management platforms – WordPress and Drupal – as well Microsoft SharePoint and OpenText LiveLink. We also have expertise in lightweight CMS platforms such as Grav and Perch, as well as PHP and Javascript frameworks. This breadth of expertise allows us to design and build solutions around the technology that best matches your requirements, not our expertise. Where possible, we advocate solutions based on open source technology. In general, this leads us to recommend WordPress for small or relatively simple sites, and Drupal for large-scale sites or where integration with other systems is needed.
When combined with our technical expertise, our strong background in technical writing and information design enables us to provide our clients with a unique value proposition – you don't need to engage another company to help you with your website structure and content.

Writing courses
Most people hate writing because they have never received any training in how to do it. However, it's a skill that can be taught, and learned. We can teach you. We offer informative and engaging writing courses that will help you create business documents that are well-structured and easy to read. In parallel with our writing courses, we offer a Microsoft Word course that teaches you how to put your newly learned skills to good use with the world's leading word-processing software.
